Router Troubleshooting - No 2.4G or 5G on Router
- Turn On the Wi-Fi Broadcasters
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (also WPS on some routers) on the back of the router for 5 seconds. If successful, the 2.4G and 5G lights should turn on, indicating the Wi-Fi is broadcasting again.
- Replace the Router if Necessary
- If the Wi-Fi lights do not come back on, the router’s Wi-Fi broadcasters may have failed, and the router will need to be replaced.
