What to Do if the Internet Connectivity ("Saturn") Light is Off or Red

  • Check the Injector Power
    • Ensure the injector is securely plugged into a working outlet. There is a green LED (shown below) and it should be lit.
  • Verify the Cat5 Cable Connection/Health
    • Make sure the Cat5 cable from the wireless dish is undamaged and is also connected to the PoE (Gigabit Data+Power) port on the injector.
  • Confirm the Router’s Connection to the Injector
    • Check that the Ethernet cord going from the WAN port is connected to the LAN port on the Injector (Gigabit Data).


    If the light still doesn’t come on, there may be a connection issue requiring further troubleshooting. Contact Cimarron to further troubleshoot this issue.
