What to Do if the Internet Connectivity ("Saturn") Light is Off or Red
- Check the Injector Power
- Ensure the injector is securely plugged into a working outlet. There is a green LED (shown below) and it should be lit.
- Verify the Cat5 Cable Connection/Health
- Make sure the Cat5 cable from the wireless dish is undamaged and is also connected to the PoE (Gigabit Data+Power) port on the injector.

- Confirm the Router’s Connection to the Injector
- Check that the Ethernet cord going from the WAN port is connected to the LAN port on the Injector (Gigabit Data).
